What’s the difference between free support and further support?
We provide free support for our theme buyers, but you may know that the free support only includes the issues about trouble using and bugs or small custom questions like CSS issue, but except the issue which is caused by any third-party plugins, and the customization service is also not included in the free support.
Then, if you are planning to make some custom changes for your theme, or any problems you can’t find solution from free support, you can consider to get our further support service.
What the further support process?
First of all, just tell us some neccessary informations through the form to the left, please descript your needs as detailed as possible, then we will reply your email and quote price to you, if we can reach an agreement, we will start to work.
All our custom works are based on the child theme and we will show you the demo to test, after you confirmed that the work can be accepted, then you need to pay for this task and we will send the customized child theme to you.
How about the cost of the further support?
Different task has different difficulty rate, so we need to discuss some specific questions with you before quote price. Generally speaking, the price is started at $50.
