I’m not sure how long this has been going on, but I have the Prismy theme and the photo and text links on my product category pages do not work on mobile. They work fine on desktop. They also work fine on mobile from the shop page.
Example page that doesn’t work: https://pizzamydarling.com/product-category/home/home-decor/December 12, 2020 at 2:05 pm #36979MayaParticipantPost count: 12
They only work when I remove the shop sidebar. Same is true for tablet.December 25, 2020 at 4:49 am #37122
Not sure what plugins are installed on your site, maybe it’s caused by the 3rd-party plugin, or have you changed any codes? Because the demo site is working fine on the mobile device. https://demo.themevan.com/prismy/product-category/cosmetic/July 12, 2021 at 10:31 pm #51550
I have Prismy installed also at https://www.Sabrinatortora.com and I’m having trouble with the menu on mobile also. The mega menu does not drill down to the submenu. I took a look at the demo site and it doesn’t work either. Perhaps it wasn’t intended to work like a mega menu on mobile, just a basic menu?July 12, 2021 at 10:35 pm #51553
For instance, my shop link should be showing tons of options but it only shows ‘shop’, which now forces me to also make a mock shop page with all of the options for mobile users. On desktop the shop link works and all my shop links are accessible.July 12, 2021 at 10:51 pm #51556
Yes, mobile screen doesn’t support the mega menu, because the mobile menu is sidebar menu, the structure is complete different from the desktop version.
So you have to set the basic submenu for the mobile device.July 16, 2021 at 7:39 am #51666
Thank you!July 16, 2021 at 8:19 am #51672
One more question John,
I can’t figure out how to set the basic submenu. I have tried by simply adding submenu items to the main menu (it didn’t work) and I have also made a whole new menu called mobile and I made that one without any megamenus and only submenus. I set the mobile to this one but it won’t take effect. It still uses the primary menu on mobile.

Could you send me your WP login information via private reply? I can check the menu settings.July 17, 2021 at 4:52 am #51708This reply has been marked as private.July 17, 2021 at 4:55 am #51711This reply has been marked as private.July 23, 2021 at 2:29 pm #51912
